ROV’s Acceptance and Training in Tianjing Research Institute
From May.08 to 09, 2017, our company’s engineer came to Tanggu, a district of Tianjing, completing the ROV’s acceptance and training smoothly in Tianjing Research Institute For Water Transport Engineering,M.O.T.

Established in 1974, Tianjing Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering,M.O.T is a scientific research institution, which is directly leaded by the Department of Transportation. The institute is focus on the key technology research about generic technology and major engineering construction on transportation science and technology development.
This time we supplied the fifth generation Sea-Wolf named Sea-Wolf 5. The Sea-Wolf 5 ROV was built with power and modularity in mind. Different jobs call for different equipment, and the Sea-Wolf V was built with this idea in mind. Variable payload capacity makes adding or removing any of the Sea-Wolf’s extensive array of optional peripherals quick and easy. The ROV’s piloting software, DiveLog, provides manual operation, assisted operation through auto-depth altitude, heading, or speed control, or point-and-click autonomous operation. The Sea-Wolf 5 also accommodates 2 extra thrusters, providing more power for more accurate control in inclement conditions.
What’s more, the vehicle we supplied to our client this time integrates several sets of associated equipment, which include a multi-beam forward looking sonar, a HD Cameras, a USBL Positioning and some other equipments. Through these equipments, combined with intelligent control software, the Sea-Wolf 5 can realize underwater autonomous navigation, automatic search, and at the same time, the ROV system can also shoot and upload HD images for users to use.
